Thomas Chan is a senior architect and design leader based in Hong Kong with over 14 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and cultural architecture. As Design Team Lead at LWK+Partners (2018–2024) he led multi-disciplinary teams on projects ranging from 15,000 to 520,000 sqm across greater China.

His work emphasises human-scaled design, sustainable urban integration and innovative public-realm strategies — turning large mixed-use frameworks into legible, living places. Earlier collaborations with Andrew Bromberg at Aedas and Ted Givens at 10 Design grounded his practice in iconic, performance-driven architecture.

Beyond practice, Thomas has taught Interior Design at the Hong Kong Design Institute (2017–2023) and mentored students through HKU's Community Project workshop. He is a HKIA Full Member and holds RIBA Chartered Member (International) status.
